The rates provided for the sample itineraries listed on our website are per person and in euros. These rates are for reference only. The final rates are provided in your quote and are valid for a specified period, also given in your quote.
All booking requests on the Morocco Like A Local website must be emailed directly to our team of specialists from our Contact section. Feel free to be very specific and provide detailed information regarding your desired trip. This information will help us to best organise your trip to Morocco and adapt it to suit your needs. Also, do not hesitate to include information about your international flights, transfer requests, accommodation or preferred type of accommodation and any other services you may need for your stay in Morocco.
After you have accepted the final quote prepared by your Morocco Like A Local adviser, your registration is completed online via your customer area.
Your registration must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total quote. Payment of your trip balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. For last minute registration, i.e. less than 30 days from the departure date, the reservation will only be confirmed after the selected services have been paid in full.
Please note, however, that if the total amount of the services reserved is less than €150, this staggered payment system will not apply. In this case, the total amount will be payable at registration.
Just like your registration, payment for your trip to Morocco is carried out via your customer area.
Payments are made through our online payment system and an invoice is provided. PAYBOX, the online payment system we use, is reliable and secure. To guarantee complete payment security, we also use the 3-D Secure protocol, in addition to the PAYBOX system.
You will receive confirmation of your payment via email, as well as a link to download your invoice.
If you should cancel, the following conditions apply:
– More than 60 days before the departure date: 7% of the total cost of the services, with a minimum of €100 per person.
– From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 15% of the total cost of the services, with a minimum of €200 per person.
– From 30 to 21 days before the departure date: 35% of the total cost of the services.
– From 20 to 14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total cost of the services.
– From 13 to 7 days before the departure date: 75% of the total cost of the services.
– Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total cost of the services.
The insurance we offer for your trip to Morocco allows you to cover these possible cancellation fees.
Flights to Morocco
As an agency based in Morocco, Morocco Like A Local cannot book your international flights. As such, no compensation can be claimed if said international flights are delayed or cancelled.
Morocco Like A Local reserves the right to charge a handling fee for any itinerary modifications after your registration. These fees are independent of the cost differential of the modification.
In the event of loss, accident, illness or itinerary changes related to weather conditions or any other issues that are beyond its control, Morocco Like A Local must refuse all liability.
Additional costs related to flight delays or cancellations remain your responsibility.
Our articles of association
For your legal and financial peace of mind, Morocco Like A Local has decided to work closely with bynativ, its partner in France. Thanks to this partnership, you can benefit from:

Your quote, itinerary and travel documents are therefore created by Morocco Like A Local’s local advisers, while the invoice, registration form and online payment are created under the name of bynativ. bynativ is then responsible for paying the amounts due to Morocco Like A Local.
As per the « Our articles of association » section above, bynativ is responsible for your trip. You must therefore contact bynativ for any dispute or complaint. As soon as possible after your return, you should send any complaints to bynativ by any means that allows for acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by all the necessary supporting documents.

bynativ is in no way responsible for the services provided by the Service Providers.
